Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

To start one, email us at musclewarm1@gmail.com with your order number.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll refund or replace it, and in most cases you won't need to send anything back.

Changed your mind

You can return it within 30 days if it's unused and in its original packaging. Email us first and we'll send you the return address. Return shipping is your responsibility, and original shipping costs aren't refunded.

Cancellations

You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering. After that it's already with our fulfillment partner and can't be stopped, but you can still return it once it arrives.

What we can't take back

For hygiene reasons, we can't accept personal care items that have been opened or used. We also can't accept gift cards or final sale items.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.
