1. Where do you ship to?
We ship within the United States. We don't ship internationally right now.

2. How much does shipping cost, and how long does it take?
Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. Orders typically arrive within 7–12 business days. A premium insured shipping option is available at checkout for $4.99 if you'd like added protection on your package.

3. Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking link is emailed to you once your package ships. If it's been more than a few business days and you haven't seen it, check your spam folder, then email us and we'll look it up.

4. Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering — email us with your order number. After that it's already with our fulfillment partner and can't be stopped, but you can still return it once it arrives.

5. What is your return policy?
You have thirty days from delivery to return anything. Email us with your order number and we'll send you the return address. For a change-of-mind return, the item needs to be unused and in its original packaging.

6. What if my item arrives damaged or it's the wrong item?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll refund or replace it, and in most cases you won't need to send anything back.

7. Who pays for return shipping, and when do I get my refund?
If the item is damaged, defective, or wrong, we cover the shipping. If you changed your mind, return shipping is your responsibility and original shipping costs aren't refunded. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

8. Do these actually work?
Heat and gentle vibration feel good on tired, stiff joints — that's what these do. We won't tell you they cure anything or replace medical care. If you have an injury or a condition you're being treated for, talk to your doctor before using heat therapy.

9. Are they cordless, and do I need to pick a size?
The heated wraps are rechargeable and cordless, one size, with adjustable straps that fit most people. The Compression Knee Sleeve comes in S through 3XL — the size chart is on that product page. Start on the lowest heat setting and work up; these get genuinely warm.

10. How can I contact you?
