about us

We built this for the end of the shift

MuscleWarm started with our own bad ankles.

Not from sports. From standing. From the kind of work where you're upright for ten or twelve hours and the floor is concrete and sitting down isn't really an option. You don't notice it the first year. Then one day you notice it every day. The ankles go first. The knees follow.

We tried what everybody tries. Ibuprofen. A bag of frozen peas on the couch. A foam roller that ended up holding a door open.

What actually helped was heat — real heat, held on one spot long enough to matter. But the good heat lives in a clinic, on a weekday afternoon, at a price that assumes you have both the money and the time off. That's the part nobody says out loud: the people whose bodies take the most punishment are the ones who can least afford an afternoon in a recovery studio.

So we started ordering heated wraps online instead. Most of them were disappointing. Cords too short to reach the couch. Straps that slid down the second you shifted. Heat that showed up in one stripe and nowhere else. Batteries that quit before the ache did.

MuscleWarm is what we wanted then and couldn't find.

Wraps that get genuinely warm and stay warm. Straps that hold when you move. A controller you can reach without unwrapping the whole thing. Cordless, so you can get up and answer the door without unplugging your knee.

Who this is for

Nurses on twelves. Servers closing out. Line cooks, warehouse pickers, electricians, drivers, teachers, barbers, mechanics — anyone whose job is standing up.

The recovery industry builds for athletes: people who train hard, rest hard, and have a routine. We build for people who work hard and then get up and work again tomorrow. No routine. Nothing to learn. You sit down, you wrap it, you turn it on.

What we promise

Free shipping in the US, and thirty days to change your mind — email us, that's it.

And we'll tell you straight what these do. Heat and vibration feel good on tired joints. That's the claim. We're not going to pretend it's medicine, and we're not going to promise you it fixes anything. It makes the evening easier. For most people, that's what they were actually looking for.

If you've been on your feet all day,ady know the hour we mean.
